Return & Refund Policy

LS Dry Fish – Premium Quality Dry Fish Supplier

At LS Dry Fish, we strive to provide premium quality dry fish to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Returns

Products can be returned within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be damaged or defective
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Proper proof (images/videos) must be provided
Note: Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:
  • Opened or used items
  • Perishable goods (unless damaged)

2. Refunds

Once your request is received and verified:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

3. Replacements

We offer replacements only if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is spoiled
  • Wrong product is delivered

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in normal cases
  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, LS Dry Fish will bear the shipping cost

5. How to Request a Return/Refund

  • Reason for return
  • Product images/videos (mandatory for damaged items)
